If you’re using Skype for Business Online in your company, hosts can receive the check-in notification via this channel on top of the email and text notifications.
You need to use Skype for Business Online. Proxyclick is not compatible with Skype for Business On Premise.
The Skype for Business integrations requires an add on to your subscription.

Step by step guide to set up Skype for Business with Proxyclick
Step #1. We recommend you first create a specific Skype for Business user profile (e.g. “Reception”). The reason is twofold:
The notifications will be sent from the Skype for Business user that connected Skype to Proxyclick. This allows the hosts to see the notification getting sent from “Reception” rather than from you individually
The Skype for Business user can be disconnected when his account is used to send notifications
This will lead you to the login page of Skype for Business.
Note, if you are a user in multiple locations, you will be prompted to choose the location before proceeding.
Step #3. Log in with the specific user you created in step 1. You may not see this screen if you are already connected to a Skype account. If the wrong Skype account is used by Proxyclick, you need to first log out from Skype before you install Skype again (step 2).
Done. Your Skype for Business integration is set up for all your users.
To deactivate notifications in an individual account
If some users want to deactivate the notifications, they can do this by changing the Privacy Relationship (see below).
If you stop receiving notifications from Skype for Business, check in your integration list to ensure the connection with Skype for Business is still valid. For security reasons, the link between Proxyclick and Skype for Business needs to be manually refreshed every 90 days.
Administrators of the account will receive an email reminder 5 days before the connection is invalidated. Any administrator can refresh the connection from the Skype for Business Settings page at any time.
As a host, you will receive a Slack notification when your visitor checks in. As you can see in the video below, hosts can also respond to the reception team via 1-click buttons. Of course, hosts can do this from their desktop or from their smartphone.
Display all check-ins and check-outs in a public channel
You can also create a public channel and display all check-ins and check-outs. To do that, just invite @proxyclick to the channel (in the example below the channel is #visitors).
Once done, all check-ins and check-outs will be visible to your colleagues.
