This article explains how to store visitor NDAs (or other agreements) outside of Proxyclick in your Dropbox account. That way, your legal team can easily access all NDAs in one single folder. This also works if you manage multiple locations with Proxyclick.
How to link Proxyclick and Dropbox
Signed agreements will be stored on your Dropbox account. If you do not have a Dropbox account, the first step is to create one.
In Dropbox, create the folder(s) that will contain the NDAs.
Next, go to the Marketplace and find Dropbox, click Install now.
You’ll now see your list of folders. Please select the folder(s) that should contain the NDAs.
The NDAs signed by your visitors on the Welcome app will now be automatically stored in your Dropbox folder too.
If you manage multiple locations with Proxyclick, you can create different folders in Dropbox and have every location’s NDAs saved in their respective folders.
This integration requires the NDA storage add on to your subscription. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions.
