Let’s say that for a particular visit, you’d like to notify more users upon check-in than those proposed by the system (host and Personal Assistant). That can be the case if many colleagues are going to participate in the meeting.

Step #1: For this, just click on “Customize” on the visit form

Step #2: add as many recipients as needed

In this example, Sophie and Gregory have been added, so that 4 users will receive the check-in notification: Giovanna (host), Rino (PA of Giovanna), Sophie and Gregory.
