Let’s say that for a particular visit you’d like to notify more users upon check-in than those proposed by the system (host and Personal Assistant). That can be the case if many colleagues participate to the meeting.
For this, just click on “Customize” on the visit form
… and add as many recipients as needed
In this example, Sophie and Gregory have been added, so that 4 users will receive the check-in notification: Giovanna (host), Rino (PA of Giovanna), Sophie and Gregory.
