Tried to login and your password is no longer recognized?

If you have previously been able to login to Proxyclick directly through app.proxyclick.com and it is no longer allowing you access, you may need to review your company's login procedure. When SSO is activated on a location, users have to login through a connected site, and in some cases, cannot access the Proxyclick Dashboard without going through the SSO portal.

If you receive an error that you need to use a company specific login page, your company has set up Single Sign On option.  Your login is based in a connected (single) login and in order to access Proxyclick, you must login through a company specific URL.

With either of these issues, we recommend reaching out to the administrator for your location to review any changes to the login procedure for your location.

Of course, we're always here for you too.

If you have any questions or feedback, please contact support@proxyclick.com or send us a message on the live chat.
